GROWTH

Christian Life Education Ministry (CLE)

The CLE Ministry is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive educational programs in conjunction with the respective ministries to support members, of all ages, in gaining a deeper understanding and knowledge of God and the Bible.

Discipleship Ministry

The Discipleship Ministry guides converts to understand their response to the faith, to enable them to grow spiritually.

Prayer Ministry

The Prayer Ministry brings to the Pastor and his people blessings, power, and a strong abundant life through prayer.

COMMUNITY

Care Ministry

The Care Ministry brings compassion and assistance to the bereaved, needy, sick, and hurting at home or in the hospital.

Community Affairs Ministry

The Ministry for Community Affairs provides information and guidance to the church membership and the surrounding communities on services related to health, law, civic duties, financial management and employment.

Evangelism Ministry

The primary purpose of the Evangelism Ministry is to educate, equip and encourage the believers who attend ChristWay Baptist Church for personal evangelism, as well as to facilitate their contact with nonbelievers for the purpose of bringing them to Christ.

In Touch Ministry

Improving care, facilitating communications, and maintaining direct connection between church families and the Pastor and Administration is the role of the In Touch Ministry.

Appreciation Ministry

The Appreciation Ministry acknowledges and recognizes persons for their Christian service; and also organizes yearly appreciation activities.

CREATIVE ARTS

Dance Ministry

The Dance Ministry enhances the worship experience and develops programs to advance cultural activities in the Church through the artistic expression of dance.

Mime Ministry

The Mime Ministry enhances the worship experience and develops programs to advance cultural activities in the Church through the artistic expression of mime.

Flag Ministry

The Flag Ministry enhances the worship experience through artistic expression with flags.

Drama Ministry

The Drama Ministry is responsible for the development and oversight of all ministry related dramatic performances and theatrical Gospel events.

KIDS & YOUNG ADULTS

Childcare Ministry

The Childcare Ministry provides quality and loving care for preschoolers during worship service and church events and activities. Availability of nursery/ childcare services allows parents/ guardians to fellowship effectively without interruption.

LAB (Living As Believers) Ministry

Empowering young adults/ college men and women to get together to discuss and study achieving spiritual growth unique to their life experiences.

Student Affairs Ministry

The Student Affairs Ministry plans, administers, coordinates and supervises youth programs that are aimed towards helping students to walk and grow in the knowledge of the Lord.

FELLOWSHIP

Life Connections Ministry

The Life Connections Ministry plans game nights, karaoke, and various entertainment activities to bring adults together in fun, food and fellowship.

Fellowship & Refreshment Ministry

The Fellowship & Refreshment Ministry provides refreshment and snacks after regular Worship Service to minister to the social and spiritual needs of the members.

Recreation Ministry

The Recreation Ministry plans, coordinates and evaluates a recreational program (athletic and exercise opportunities) for all ages that is Christ centered and that serves to expand the total Church outreach ministry.

Men's Ministry

The Men’s Ministry assists men in developing a strong relationship with the Lord and equips them to be spiritual leaders in their homes, Church and in the community.

Seniors Ministry (The Messengers)

The Messengers provides social and spiritual inspiration to the senior members of ChristWay Baptist Church.

Single Adult Ministry

An ongoing, growing, effective Single Adult program which ministers to and provides outreach opportunities for the special needs of Single Adults.

Soul Sisters Ministry

Soul Sisters Ministry serves to empower women by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, while building transparent relationships that enable and enhance spiritual, personal, and social growth.

Special Events Ministry

Special Events Ministry is responsible for all special occasion functions that are required from time to time to minister to the social and spiritual needs of CBC members and the community.

Women’s Ministry

The Women’s Ministry assists women in developing a strong relationship with the Lord; and also participates in mission outreach activities.

WORSHIP

Aesthetic Ministry

The Aesthetic Ministry prepares interior decorations for the sanctuary and Church facility that enhances the weekly congregational worship or special services.

Custodial Affairs Ministry

The Custodial Affairs Ministry helps to maintain a clean church facility, ensuring all areas are cleaned and stocked with necessary items and also ensuring the proper usage of church buildings and equipment.

Greeters Ministry

The purpose of the Greeters Ministry is to glorify Jesus Christ and share Christ’s love by greeting, assisting, and showing hospitality to those visiting our worship services.

Media Ministry

The Media Ministry provides the necessary equipment for Audio/Visual, Tape Ministry, Radio Ministry and Special Events for the Church; maintaining excellence in delivering high quality execution in all its functions for worship service or special events.

Music Ministry

The Music Ministry ensures a music program which provides a spiritual ministry to all ages.

Ushers Ministry

ChristWay Baptist Church Ushers ensure that all aspects of a Worship Service are handled in a “decent and orderly” manner.

Welcome & Information Ministry

The Welcome & Information Ministry shares Christ’s love by greeting, assisting, and showing hospitality to those visiting our Sunday morning worship service.
